Summer Smash Preview: What's at Stake in Boca's Biggest Night of the Year

August 16th. The Studio at Mizner Park. Doors at 4, bell at 5. This is Summer Smash — and it's shaping up to be the biggest BRCW event of the year.

Here's what's on the line.

Women's Championship — Harley Cameron vs. Shayna Baszler (c). The new champion meets a hungry challenger in a match that's been building for months. Baszler is undefeated as champion. Cameron has been carving her way through the division for a title shot. Something has to give.

Heavyweight Championship — Steve Maclin (c) vs. Bull James. Maclin's first defense of the gold he won at Birthday Bash 2. Bull James is the kind of opponent who doesn't care about reputations. Expect carnage.

Tag Team Showcase — The Island Kings vs. The Bollywood Boyz. Two of the most talented tag teams on the indie circuit in a non-title match that could easily steal the show.

Grudge Match — Lakay vs. Madman Fulton. This one's personal. Whatever's left of the ring after these two are done with it is going home with the visitors.

Plus a special opener featuring Kerry Morton vs. Noah Kekoa, surprise appearances we're not allowed to confirm yet, and the loudest crowd of the year in the building.
